Work schedule and technical data:
The rated voltage of the motor is 380V and the rated current is 50Hz.
Electric motors are suitable for intermittent periodic loads. According to the different properties of the load, the working system of electric motors can be divided into:
(1) Intermittent Periodic Working System (S3):
It is a series of identical working cycles, each cycle including a period of constant load operation and a period of stop and power-off (see figure below). In this type, the starting current of each cycle should not have a significant impact on the temperature rise of the motor; Every 10 minutes is a work cycle, which means starting six times per hour.

N operating time under rated conditions
R stop and power-off time
The highest temperature reached by Qmax during the working cycle
Duty cycle

It is a series of identical work cycles, each cycle including a starting time, a constant load operation time, and a stopping and power-off time (see the figure below); The number of starts per hour is divided into 150, 300, and 600 times.

Conversion method: Jogging (final speed not exceeding 25% of rated speed) four times is equivalent to one full start; Electric braking (braking to 1/3 of rated speed) is equivalent to 0.8 full starts per time.
4. The benchmark working mode of the electric motor is S3-40%, and the technical data of the electric motor under each working system are shown in the table below. The nameplate data of the electric motor is generally provided according to the standard working system, and if the user has special requirements, the data provided by the user shall be followed. When the electric motor needs to operate in a way other than the S2-S5 working system, consultation with our company is required.

Structure of electric motor:Insulation level: divided into two types: F level and H level. F-grade is suitable for general places where the temperature of the cooling medium does not exceed 40 ℃; H-grade is suitable for metallurgical sites where the cooling medium temperature does not exceed 60 ℃, and both types of motors have the same electrical performance. Protection level: IP54 for metallurgical use; The lifting capacity is IP44. Cooling method: 112-132 is natural cooling (IC0041), 160-355 is self fan cooling (IC0141), and 400 is external fan cooling with internal circulation ventilation (IC0151).
